Eligibility for Refunds
- Unsatisfactory Product: If you’re not completely happy with your product, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please provide photo evidence and contact us immediately.
Refund Process
- Email us at info@primalcutsbiltong.com with your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
- Once your claim is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will gladly ship a new product to you free of charge.
Exclusions
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Products purchased from third-party retailers.
- Products returned after 30 days without prior approval.
- Return shipping costs for non-damaged items will be the responsibility of the customer.
